Then Rick with FAST -IR came out and climbed in the attic, looked over what needed to be done, talked with me a bit and then because I needed to get to work, took my email address and said his son, Seth would email me later in the day with his bid. As I work in a call center, it is difficult to reach me on the phone and I cannot access my home email address from work, so we did a lot of communicating via my work email address as my cell does not have internet access. And then I would go home and the emails would follow me home; it was really nice to work with a team that was able to communicate with me in the same manner that I was able to. So many people insist on phone calls and I truly dont have that kind of access at work.
I was able to schedule Rick in for an estimate, get the bid, schedule the work and have everything completed before Christmas for a lower price than any other company had quoted me. This father/son team were great to work with: kidded around with each other as only family does, they seemed to enjoy the work, tried to get my skittish dog to come to them, etc. They answered many questions, explained everything, sealed all the air leaks including one across the top of the shared wall between the living room and the garage, made suggestions for other energy related issues, followed up on the Xcel rebate to make sure I got it. If I have my druthers, I will always work with a small company. The customer service was above and beyond!"
